Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard international shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • South Africa: 10-20 business days
  • International Orders: 15-35 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience as your items travel internationally to reach you.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. We offer free shipping on all orders.

International Shipping & Customs

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. KHANS is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at uzairkhan69@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate the matter with our shipping partners.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of receipt (for damaged items). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at uzairkhan69@gmail.com.
